

Graduating with an honours degree in Law from Staffordshire University in 1989, Jeremy qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 and went on to pass his Bar exams in 1999.
Jeremy is a specialist Insolvency and Commercial Law litigator, having built up extensive experience over the past two decades. He is a member of R3 (the Association of Business Recovery Professionals); the Insolvency Practitioners Association; the Insolvency Lawyers Association and the British Spanish Law Association.
His clients include insolvency practitioners, local authorities, corporate bodies, chartered accountants and other professionals. He regularly gives lectures to professional training bodies and clients within the insolvency industry.
Jeremy is also a contributor to R3's quarterly Recovery magazine.
Before deciding to set up Summit Law LLP as a specialist litigation practice, Jeremy practiced successfully in Central London for many years.
Once an ardent rugby union player, he now prefers more sedate pastimes such as reading and cooking and claims to rustle up the best paella north of Valencia. He is married to a solicitor and lives in South West London.
Having spent his childhood in Spain, Jeremy speaks fluent Spanish.
