Tanya Seevaratnam

Tanya joined the Summit Law team in 2011 and has a background in complex contentious insolvency law. She has been regularly involved in proceedings in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. She also appears regularly as an advocate in the County Court and at various tribunals.

Tanya specialises in complex contentious insolvency and fraud matters, acting for Insolvency Practitioners, directors, companies and private individuals. She has particular experience in urgent applications for interim relief, including freezing orders.

Tanya has a Diploma in Advanced Litigation from Nottingham Law School (where she finished top of her year) and has been regularly involved with the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3).
