Alice also heads up our director disqualification department and runs a broad director disqualification practice herself. Over the years, Alice has successfully obtained permission for disqualified directors to continue acting notwithstanding the existence of an undertaking (even in heavily contested cases). She has also managed to dissuade the Secretary of State from issuing proceedings against multiple directors (despite notices of issue being sent prior to her involvement) and she has successfully negotiated reduced periods of disqualification for multiple director clients.
