Alesdair King, Solicitor (Consultant)
Alesdair’s focus is divided between criminal law, corporate regulations, and motoring offences. He is a Higher Courts advocate, and regularly appears at the Court of Appeal.
Here are some of the areas of commercial law where he has particular expertise:
- Proceedings of Crime Act
- Modern slavery
- Health and safety
He also deals with internal audits to address specific issues, manage risk, and ensure your business is compliant.
If your driving licence is at risk, Alesdair can help, no matter where in the UK you’re based. For example, he helps with getting (and keeping) your operator’s licence, as well as matters to do with HGV and PSC licencing.
He also deals with heavyweight criminal law cases, including murder, terrorism, fraud, drugs, rape and abuse.
Alesdair also spent four years at the Crown Prosecution Service, worked as a solicitor, and was originally ‘called to the Bar’ in 1991.
Outside work, Alesdair enjoys but fails to understand art, and is a keen runner.
