Hannah Edwards Solicitor
Hannah specialises in insolvency and restructuring. Her insolvency work covers all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency, in advising insolvency practitioners, companies, directors, creditors and debtors on restructuring and recovery options.
Hannah read law at University of Liverpool graduating with an upper first class LLB.
Hannah gained valuable commercial experience in the insolvency industry working as an insolvency administrator at a London based insolvency practitioners firm. Her work included dealing with personal and corporate insolvency, ranging from the preparation of pre and post-appointment documents to conducting investigations into the conduct of directors, including antecedent transactions. Hannah then worked as a paralegal in the commercial litigation and insolvency team of a London based law firm, before subsequently completing her training contract with a City law firm at the end of December 2017.
Hannah became a published author by the age of 10, after her poem was published in a children's book called "Up, Up and Away.
