Summit Law LLP, a niche litigation firm based in Holborn, London, is expanding. We’re looking for a Commercial and Insolvency Litigation Associate (7-8 PQE) to join our close-knit, dynamic team.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Solid post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, ideally 7-8 years PQE.
  • Insolvency litigation experience is useful but not essential.
  • Property law experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload and contributing to complex team matters.
  • Commercially minded and keen to grow your own client base.
  • Active in business development (networking, blogging, converting enquiries).
  • Friendly, collaborative, and a great cultural fit.
