Alice also heads up our director disqualification department and runs a broad director disqualification practice herself. Over the years, Alice has successfully obtained permission for disqualified directors to continue acting notwithstanding the existence of an undertaking (even in heavily contested cases). She has also managed to dissuade the Secretary of State from issuing proceedings against multiple directors (despite notices of issue being sent prior to her involvement) and she has successfully negotiated reduced periods of disqualification for multiple director clients.

What our clients had to say
I had the pleasure to initially speak to Jeremy Boyle about my case and I found him to be pleasant and helpful. It was Alice Court who dealt with my case primarily. I found her to be professional, easy to talk to and motivated. Throughout the period of my retainer she was easy to reach or called me back promptly when she was away. I always felt I was in good hands and my case was being handled diligently. Suffice to say my case was successful and I am very impressed by Summit Law and Ms Alice Court in particular. Not only would I highly recommend them, but if I ever need legal services in future, I will not hesitate to retain them. I am sure that they will continue to strive to exceed expectations and achieve success in all matters”

I was fortunate enough to be represented by Alice Court in a recent case. Alice is exactly who you want on your side in insolvency related matters; it was abundantly clear from the moment we first spoke on the phone that I had made the correct choice in appointing Summit Law. Alice was able to quickly comprehend my situation and advise on a strategy, cutting through months of ongoing uncertainty and diligently handling a sensitive process with apparent ease. I found Alice to consistently be a reassuring and insightful presence, uncommonly understanding of my situation, and always readily available to discuss points or answer questions I had. I couldn’t recommend Alice highly enough to anyone looking for support in insolvency and director-related cases, however simple or complicated they may seem.

"I dealt with Alice Court on a very protracted project that involved the restoration of a company. Her service was excellent - she was thorough, responsive, extremely diligent and communicated each stage of the lengthy process very well. She was understanding of my circumstances and was able to tailor the level of service accordingly, rather than just do the work and bill me indiscriminately. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again if I had a legal issue to resolve."
