Ben Carter

Ben began his legal journey as a paralegal in Cardiff, before undertaking his training contract at a firm near Bristol. During this time, he gained valuable experience in Commercial and Property Litigation, developing a strong foundation in handling a wide range of disputes.

Since qualifying as a solicitor, Ben has specialised in debt recovery, acting for a variety of clients including businesses, local authorities, and insolvency practitioners. He manages a substantial caseload and provides comprehensive advice on the merits of early-stage recovery, including issuing Part 7 proceedings. He is also regularly instructed in insolvency matters, winding-up proceedings, and bankruptcy cases. Ben takes particular satisfaction in helping clients recover significant debts that may initially seem unrecoverable.

Outside of work, Ben is a passionate Arsenal supporter and enjoys watching their matches. He plays tennis at club level, loves to travel, and frequently attends music events and explores new films. In his spare time, he enjoys walking his dog and socialising with fellow dog owners.
